Welcome to GramFile. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gramfile.com and any software directory, download service, or related tools we offer (together, the “Service”).
GramFile has manually reviewed and verified software downloads since 2018, and these Terms explain what that means for you as a user.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not access or use the Service.
2. Who Can Use GramFile
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Software Downloads
GramFile lists Software from third-party developers, reviewed by our team and verified using SHA-256 checksums before publication.
We do not accept paid placements, and we do not bundle adware or third-party installers into the files we host or link to. That said:
- Software may carry its own license terms, shown to you during the download or installation process. You must agree to those terms separately before the Software will run.
- GramFile is not the developer of third-party Software and is not responsible for bugs, data loss, or other issues that arise from using it.
- You are responsible for checking that a given Software title is compatible with your device before installing it, and for any harm that installation causes.
- Our review process reduces risk but does not eliminate it. Always scan downloaded files with your own security software before running them.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not:
- Post or upload content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of GramFile or any third party.
- Upload, link to, or distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Attempt to interfere with, disable, or bypass the security of the Service.
- Scrape, mirror, or use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We may remove content or restrict access for violations of this section, at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, and all content on it other than third-party Software and user-submitted content, including the GramFile name, logo, and trademarks, belongs to GramFile or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without our prior written consent.
Trademarks and logos belonging to third-party software developers remain the property of their respective owners and appear on GramFile for identification purposes only.
6. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on GramFile infringes your copyright, contact us through our DMCA page with a description of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details.
We investigate credible reports and remove infringing content where appropriate.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GRAMFILE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SOFTWARE LISTED ON THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAMFILE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SOFTWARE OBTAINED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GramFile, its founders, and its staff harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice, including for violations of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect, and the unenforceable part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and GramFile regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page, with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
